Happy Cyber Monday!

I’ve been learning about financial independence from some amazing podcasts including youcanaffordanything.com and biggerpockets.com and they speak a lot about intention and focus. Their central theme is in order to reach financial independence I must identify what that means to me and then set my own path to reach it. Thankfully there are many ways for me to learn what I need to know, it’s just a matter of picking the book, course, podcast, newsletter, website, etc.

I can’t help but draw parallels to FQHC Program Requirement compliance. As I have been writing, I firmly believe it takes ongoing continuous focus on the Section 330 program in order to get and stay in compliance with the 18 requirements. It takes defining for your health center what continuous compliance means and then as an organization developing a path to reach that goal.

To help you in this process, I have developed a continuous compliance program that will support clinics in their work to develop the internal processes and knowledge base needed. Just like financial independence, I see internal capacity building as the only real way to reach the goal. As I work toward financial independence, I must build my capacity to know how to reach my goals just as your organization must build internal capacity to know how to reach your continuous compliance goals.

To support your work, Tremaine Consulting Group has developed a consulting service that is affordable and continues as needed. The program will enable you to build your capacity with the support of highly-skilled consultants while minimizing costs and developing a sustainable model. The package includes a Section 330 Compliance Risk Assessment, an Action Plan for completion of the identified risks, quarterly FQHC Compliance Team meetings, and ongoing consulting support through office hours, question and answer webinars, and other individual support. Drop me an email if you would like more information on the program.

Whichever way you choose to reach your goals today and in the new year to come, may you find peace and happiness along the way.

Have a lovely week,

Eileen
